Return and Refund Policy

To protect your legitimate rights and interests and ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have formulated the following return and refund policy. Please take note:

I. Return Conditions

Return Period: You may apply for a return within 30 days from the date you receive the goods (based on the signing time).
Product Requirements:


  • The product must remain in a brand-new, unused state with complete packaging and accessories (including hangtags, labels, original packaging, instructions, etc.), without damage, stains, or signs of artificial damage.
  • For special categories (such as intimate apparel, customized products, etc.), returns will not be accepted if they have been opened or used (except for quality issues).

II. Return Process

  1. Apply for Return: Contact customer service through the following method to submit a return application:
    • Customer service email: support@Dripnero.com (please specify the order number, reason for return, and contact information).
  2. Review and Confirmation: Customer service will verify your application and product information within 24 hours. If eligible, we will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.
  3. Return the Goods: Please send the goods back to the designated address via express delivery within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation (please clearly mark the order number on the outer packaging for quick processing).
  4. Inspection and Handling: After we receive the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 working days.
    • If the goods meet the return standards, the refund process will be initiated immediately.
    • If they do not meet the standards, we will communicate the specific reasons with you and send the goods back (round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by you).

III. Refund Instructions

  1. Refund Method: The refund will be returned via the original payment method (such as bank card, PayPal, Visa card, etc.).
  2. Refund Timeliness:
    • Third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal): Usually arrive within 1-3 working days.
    • Bank cards (e.g., Visa card): May take 3-7 working days, depending on the bank's processing time.
  3. Shipping Cost Instructions:
    • If the return is due to our reasons such as product quality issues or wrong delivery, the shipping cost will be borne by us (please keep the express waybill number and shipping cost voucher for subsequent reimbursement).
    • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), the shipping cost shall be borne by you.

  • Please properly keep the goods and packaging to avoid damage during transportation affecting the return review.
